Then Liam asks What

It is a Ghost Train from a fun fair. It doesn't sound like Liam. Maybe the "Eh?" is Liam but the other voice isn't Liam.

Yeah, that sounds like it could be it Harbinger. You do hear a different siren-ish noise (though not very loud) before he says "there was no siren man" EDIT: It's a car horn!!

My view on this: The track holds almost every element for a rave track back in the days, all the samples, the breakbeat, but the only thing that's lacking, is that overused siren. So in the end..... someone comes up to Liam and point him on the lacking siren.

I think it's great !
