When I ask my mates "what Prodigy tune should I play?" and when they answer "breathe" I think to myself "Fuckin hell, there's tons of other tunes and thats what they wanna hear!" I mean I've heard it XXXX amount of times so I feel like I'd rather hear something else that aint played to death. But then I hit that play button and it just reminds me of how wicked that tune is...

This seems to be a popular poll, but in my opinion, making this poll shows no respect for a kick-ass song like Breathe. That one gave The Prodigy everything and put them at the top of the world.

i recon breathe is a more in your face track, it has keith and maxim feeding off each other, fighting against each other to be better.

if it was the vote of Best keith and maxim tune i'd go for breathe, simply because they do more than just sing in it, but if its whats the better track i'm clueless.

Breathe is the most Prodigy track!
The only bad thing about Breathe is that once you have heard it, you're never going to hear a better tune. You can always listen to it again though

on that fantastic level like breathe vid has got.....u must admit, breathe would never been what it actually is, without a video

so im waiting for new album's videos .... i mean real videos, not live clips. i still have hope liam hadnt left this field for good

breathe is a fucking classic, still holds up, such a huge fucking track, timeless like all truly great rock tunes. TMTTH would need beefing up IMO, maxims vocal isnt as strong as keiths, and u wanna hear that verse more. its possible but unlikely. breathe clip is unique and breath taking, pardon the pun.

and TMTTH should have a little bit more aggressive beat imo

ive listened recently to imd (song), live from singapore.
ive noticed an interesting thing, liam has completely changed the beats there. he simply gave a new beat to that track. now it sounds a bit similar to voodoo people beat - which obviously makes whole track much better.
so maybe liam will beef up Hospital live, too

i fink if it happens live, than it will definitely trickle into the single version, if its a single! but how can it not be, its such a favourite.

I'd have to disagree there mate.

For me personally I really don't give a flying fuck about a msuic video, I'd very rarley watch them more than once if at all. Music is music for a reason, I don't believe it should be hounded with a visual interpretation. It can hamper the feeling of the tune and in some cases may change your opinion.

It's like making a film based on a book. Now when I read LOTR all I can think about is the fucking actors you know? OK it's not quite as extreme as that but I'm sure you get my point!

mind-blowing trio of videos: f-starter, breathe, and especially SMBU was one of the main reasons, why i fell in love with theprodigy..

i cant imagine fat of the land era without these videoclips being aired on Mtv all time round.
i remember late nights, me sitting in front of tv, and then i hear intro sound of smack.. watching the video almost with nose sticked to the screen. having shivers and goose skin or whatever across all my body, from the first to the last second of the clip.. and when it finished, i felt like i was fucking proud cos i am a fan of band who done the best video on the world generally i think i am into all visuals - interviews, pics, etc, etc ....

so for me prodigy is not full prodigy, without those classic videos, but the last one was SMBU....nothing more really happened, u know what i mean (of course i liked girls and spitfire)

PS i hate to read book first, and then watch a movie - i always get dissapointed cos actors and scenography almost never fit my expectations. well there are few exceptions, Space Odyssey for example
