My favourite is probably Michel Gondry because of Star Guitar, though I'm not sure if he could pull it off as well with The Prodigy

star guitar ? really no offence man, but for me it was one of the most boring vids i've ever seen. zero energy. i definitely don't want to see anything like that with the prodigy. i mean, yea maybe it fits very well to that chemical's song, but i cant imagine prodigy video like that. it would be another crap.

Most tracks do that, its not groundbreaking, none of the album is so would be hard getting a video to match unless it did something mental
Anyways most people here are only talking about a few directors who are pretty mainstream as you have seen them do work for major artists
I think it would be good to do something completely different and use someone like Alexander Rutherford but again i cant see them stretching their budget as everything is being done on the cheap
