<  PRODIGY QUESTIONS & OPINIONS  ~  What do I do?

Remember how I've been waiting ages for my two separate Prodigy shipments...

guess what...
they shipped it to my old address even after i can swear having to edit my address when i ordered and somehow both were shipped to my old one. i contacted Digital Stores who put me in touch with AmWorld. I even went to the old address and asked if they had the packages and they said that they gave them back. I called AmWorld and they are saying they have it down as delivered and have to investigate. What the hell can I do? it's like $250 worth of merchandise. They don't seem to know where it is.

Am I covered with this? I chose courier shipping and never signed for it. Anyone have a similar situation? Sucks cuz I live across the ocean in the USA and can't just walk in the front door and be like "HELP!"

called and spoke w/ Digital Stores rep and he said it could be a computer error with stored cookies with my old address from a previous order like 5 years ago. cuz i could swear i had to edit my whole address when processing.

then i called and spoke w/ AmWorld who said they have it as delivered and have to investigate.

even went to my old address and the person who lives there said it went back. called my post office and UPS service center and they couldn't help either.

so i wrote plenty of e-mails to Digital Stores and AmWorld with no reply back yet.

i'm so pissed. plus they already charged my credit card for merch i never received. damn it!

Worst case scenario is that they give ur money back or something, they should do that cause its obviously their mistake.

Make the notify you when they get the package in return, then you can have them resend it to your current adr.

luckily i bought the Japan version as well along with my 4 track Omen single. got that on the 19th. shipped on Tuesday, arrived Thursday, only took 2 days to get here.
