I mailed Digital Store too and that's what I received, apart from that email you posted:
I have checked your order and it is fine, The prodigy tickets will be dispatched at at the end of January so you should be receiving your tickets shortly.

2 Tix for Glasgow arrived on Friday and didnt have too sign either
Time will soon fly in, only really got 7 ish weeks to go!!
Anyone heard if the Prodge are goin to be at T in the Park this year???
I seen the main guy (name escapes me) who runs T in the Park at the Glasgow concert in December, maybe checking the guys out with the new tunes / album ready to drop?

I was woken up to the sound of my doorbell this morning to receive my tickets for Birmingham! Thought they would have sent it with the London ones too....guess they will come later then...

Yes. They also need signing for by the addressee or someone with proof of your id and address.
