I do both. And I'm looking forward to the next UFC 97 in canada.
I spent my youth training under karate, ju jitsu, and tae kwon do. I want to study Kung Fu, none of the elements I have studied earned me a black belt as I didn't stay in it long, but it sure helped in street fights!

I have black belt, 1. dan, in ITF Taekwon-Do. But haven't been working out for about 2-3 years. Getting fat now
