Does anyone have their tickets for this yet? I managed to get standing tickets as soon as they became available but mine haven't arrived yet with only 11 days to go...

Update - Right, ive contacted them and they said they've sent the tickets out and theyve been signed for. So Royal Mail have once again fucked me over and either signed for it themselves or sent them to the wrong address. Theyre not going to send me any more tickets out so either I have to try and find them by one house on my street. If I can't find them then I have to claim compensation for them, so basically, i'm not going now. FUCK SAKE!!!!

i had similar problem with other tickets so I requested to have them sent to the courier's depot, fuck taking chances with tickets anymore. Jimbq, sorry to hear about it, i can't understand why they cannot cancel the barcode and re-issue them?

Thats really what they should do. as i'm coming across from Dublin, the ticket company mailed me saying that it was too risky to send tickets overseas dues to tickets getting lost etc so i've to collect them at the venue on the night.

I can't understand why the same principle can't be done in JimbQ's case as in that his original tickets get cancelled and re-issued at the gig itself for collection.

i havnt recieved the tickets yet and havnt been left to note to say ive missed them either..

i just checked and i got an email from a dx secure services today saying they are delivering my tickets between 8am and 6pm tomorrow, you should really have a got an email, it doesnt seem to have anything to do with royal mail, so they could be just fobbing you off..ring this number 08703891000 and maybe give them a reference number etc, they may be able to help you..

It is. Sell Tickets gave me the tracking code of the special delivery whatever and i checked it and aparently they were delivered on the 31st of march. however there was no signature, so i reckon the bastard postmans done a runner with them.

They wont give me a refund, but I can claim compensation for the tickets from Royal Mail, but either way, I now don't have any tickets. They said they can't issue me new tickets either, its up to the Event Organizer, not the Sell Tickets website people. So now I don't know what I'm going to do. I've wrote a massive fuck off complaint letter to Royal Mail so I guess i'm gonna have to look for some extortionately expensive ones on ebay or something

Right, I've bit the bullet and bought 2 more on ebay, not too bad, £82 inc special delivery p&p. Seein as I paid just under £160 for 4, its only a few pounds more. These ones had better fuckin arrive or i'm burning down all Royal Mail sites. Still need to get two others though...

I'd recomend people be very carefull when buying tickets from anywhere except the proper source.

ALLWAYS buy using a credit card as it offers you greater protection in the UK.

A lot of these sites say they have tickets before they actually have them in their hands....

Within 30 mins of buying 2 more tickets, I had a call from See Tickets saying they'd been onto Royal Mail and theyve found the tickets in a warehouse somewhere, and I can collect them tomorrow! Special Delivery??? I bet it was delivered by special people. Idiots. So they were posted 9 days ago and I can collect them in the morning. So I have my tickets!!!! But now I have 6 of them with only 4 people going, looks like I have two to sell then! Any takers?
