It's official: the directors at my place of work are the biggest bunch of fucking wankers ever.

We found out today that all the salesmen, although being under their targets for four months will be getting a day off work next week to go to an off-road driving experience driving jeeps and tanks as a team building exercise to 'increase performance in the sales arena'. Quite how the fuck that's going to help sell photocopiers is beyond me.

However, my side of the company, Service, have constantly been over 20% above our targets every month for the last year and a half.

What do we get? Fuck all. Now don't get me wrong, if they actually earnt it I wouldn't be so annoyed. But the fucking bastards are crowing to anyone who'll listen how much fun it's going to be. This is SO typical of my company. The people who do all the actual hard work always get fucked over because my service director is a spineless wanker who won't stand up for our side against the MD, who basically sees the salesmen as 'His Boys Who Can Do No Wrong'.

That's not all. I looked at our installation diary today and guess what? The fucking install that day is in Royston, about 80 miles away from work. At two in the afternoon. And it's just me and the IT guy doing it. No sales at all present. Well fuck 'em, we've decided we're not covering for any of Sales any more. All we're going to do is drop and run, we're not getting back late for anyone that day. The salesman can fucking go there and do the demo the next day where-ever the fuck he might have to be.

My yearly appraisal is in three weeks. Fuck, I'm gonna raise hell to my service director over this. FUCK I'M SO PISSED OFF

I'm due delivery of a phone between 9am-1PM. SO I've got to sit here at my computer bored out of my mind until the fat fuck comes! What a waste of a day.
