If i dont get the poster,i'm gonna flip out.

Call them if you haven't recieved your order. I got told the same thing last week - and my payment had actually gone out of my bank end of August following my June pre-order for TMTTH. Just posted on the TMTTH topic, but they ended up cancelling my order today as thre's a bug in the system and it doesn't send a message to the warehouse for shipping.
I made a note on my new order stating I ordered in June and it should have the free poster with the bundle. :evil:

and their customer service fails badly

everytime some1 else replies and no1 mentioned the bug till u today....

It does fail badly and they know about the bugs as well - but rely on customers to call if they don't receive their order as they get over 300 orders per day and can't check everyone gets shipped (especialy if it's pre-order) which sucks imo.
They will be getting a call if I don't receive the poster as it doesn't mention that on my new order confirmation whereas it did on the original! :evil:

I asked about the material of the prodigy logo wallet of the condoms if it´s made of plastic or paper and I got a reply of the customer service :cool:
