I bought a brand new mountain bike to replace my slightly crap second hand one. It's a Decathlon Rockrider 5.2 and it's a brilliant bit of kit for £200:

See WAMT for the follow up..

I only need 40€ for a train ticket, I'll sleep and eat at his place or at his studio... He's such a sweet person, he also arranged that me & my friend stayed alone in a real cool flat of his friend in the center of Budapest for free during Sziget week  and he only met me once for a photoshooting before and my friend was a total stranger to him back then... and he did this huge favour for us without expecting anything in return... He's an angel

well you should be more careful with all that kinda people in this business, i dont know about photographers but in model business esp agents, needs to be super careful.. Make sure what documents u gonna sign, because im sure he will give u model release to sign, which means photographer will be able to sell your pictures where he wants, and basically u will get nothing, so in ur shoes i wouldnt sign it :)
yesterday i was contacted too, but by agent from Paris, will try to check him out for more info

I'm not doing this via agency ... basically I get almost no offers from my agency cuz nobody wants a model with their own style, everyone wants just plain natural girls with natural haircolour, no tattoos, no piercings etc.
but if I get someone really good to work with I'm glad to do it for free, it is good for promotion, experience, gaining new contacts....

We're doing this not for money but just for joy and because I love posing, he loves photography, we both like to arrange lighting, try new locations, try odd different things, and we like to see a good quality product that is not just esthetic, but also artistic and has a story and a soul, without putting and price to it :) I'd upload it to my FB, and he'd upload it to his websites as a part of his promotion... and also mine.

For example this is one pic we took when we first met in Ljubljana, it was created after several hours of constantly changing different outfits, different poses, this is my prom dress and I was saving it to be the last outfit cuz i was most excited about it, and I put it on when I stopped feeling a bit awkward for being alone with him in a huge deserted factory and gained the confidence to wear it for the first time in front of someone else, when the light was most perfect and and the feeling was right ...

So it's a wonderful shot, I'm very proud of it and I like just to have a pic like this because it has a story and so it is very valuable for me :)

Chavah that's pretty cool to hear! Good luck! :) there's a guy on the forums here, "Gee" i think, that is a professional photographer and he tends to do stuff with models with alternative styles... might be a good person for you to work with? (He's in France though... =/)

Eventually cheered me up, but pissed me off as she had warning from wind. But got goosebumps all over when I realised the baby survived. One of the luckiest people EVER!
