Today I received one of the three items I have ordered: order numbers ********** and ***********.

This item is being advertised as the USA version - WEA/ Maverick release. This is the sole reason I bought three copies of it over the two orders above as I already have the UK releases. I have now received my item and it is the UK XL release. To say I am very annoyed is an understatement and I would like a full refund including any return delivery costs as this is very poor from a large company.

The later two copies ordered have yet to arrive but I'm fairly confident they will be the same, so I am unhappy with the service I have received. The website information should be complete and accurate and it is not.

Also the later order was placed on the 23rd Oct and I received a despatch email on the 30th October, 7 days after initial ordering. But at least this was quicker than my first order that took 8 days between ordering and despatch.

I have a pre-order for a future release and based on the outcome I may cancel and take my business elsewhere.

I hope something suitable can be sorted.

I am very sorry to hear you have received the wrong disc. I can fully understand how disappointing this must be for you.

I have attached our Returns Form which provides the necessary instructions on how to complete a return with CDWOW! I have also made a Return Authorised note within our system to make sure that our Returns Department are able to process your return as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that you return the item within 60 days; after this time the Return Authority will expire. We encourage you retain proof of the return.

Also be informed that we have exhausted all stock and so I am unable to resend the item at this time.

Therefore, may I please ask you to write back and confirm whether you wish to have refund or some other title in exchange.

If you wish to have some other title in exchange then please forward us the exact link of the title which you wish to have in exchange.

Also note that the price of the title should be same or less than the price of the item which you have already ordered.
