whats the history to your nickname, what made it the way it is right now ?

i'll post my history of my nickname as an example and to start things off


when i was younger, around 5 years old me and my freind were at his house playing ps1 and n64 with his older brother, and his dad just suddenly started calling me Coggy, and then my freinds started calling me it and practically all my freinds call me Coggy to this day. none of my freinds call me Colin.

Then when i was older between 12 and 14 i started getting into dj'ing and used virtual dj, alot of freinds wanted cd's from me because we all done it and wanted to exchange mixes with each other, Coggy sounded a bit shit to me to be crediting in the mixes so i came up with Coggles.

Then when i joined the official prodigy forum my username was Cogglez, because i ended up bored with Coggles.

then after joining bk and making a few freinds with Stasz in particular we ended up doing something to try and make Everyone on the forum end their name with SZ, so i done it as well and thus Cogglesz was born, though after a few months everyone stopped doing it, i kept it because i felt Cogglez ended short but with the added SZ it looked pretty cool and so to this day my internet alias is Cogglesz and my real life nickname remains to be Coggy after 13 years of my life.

It was when I first got Pokemon Blue and I was playing it on my Gameboy, it was Christmas Day in the morning, i was running downstairs with it in my hand adding my characters name, it was dark, i was going to put JIMBO in, as believe it or not, my name is James, aaaaand I misread the Q for an O and i got really far in the game til i realised it was a Q and not an O... so i just stuck with it, for pretty much everything haha.

I was scared that I won't like wht I find ... turns out it has developed from a hebrew word/name "chavah" ... which means "to breathe" (also to live) ... And Breathe also happens to be my fav. i used to be deedevil (kinda a mix between melancholic and devil) since 99 when i started using internet, IRC (oh yeh, most of you youngsters will never know what that was ), nekos and other stuff att. been stuck to it til 2006/07, then changed to dee and now to Sr Patife (which means Mr Rascal in portuguese).

im sam, cos its 3 letters long, and people have been calling me it over the net ever since i had samsara as my band name. its a bit like me, ambiguous, neither feminine or masculine (ok im not that feminine) also stands for sexy ass mofo, shoot all muslims, and super anal machine.

Just for this topic I changed my username for the 1st time on any forum. Jiltedgenerator was just the 1st name that sprung to mind that's it.
But to most people i'm just 'T' or Tez - that's it.

Some of my very first serious music i made, was for a fighting game like Mortal Kombat.. it was called Mooze Fighting. You would choose a mooze and start fighting against another mooze. I used a soundblaster soundcard on my pc. So i just merged the name mooze with soundblaster

Once upon a time in a land far far away... In the rural town in which its inhabitants call Watton of the county Norfolk, there was this girl called Amba.
This Amba was a short ass clocking up only 5 ft in height. To this day she still is only 5 ft in height...
Now this Amba used to have the nick name titch or shorty at school.
But during her travels of meeting new people she accuired the nickname Thumbalina .

Thus Amba used her witty skills to form Ambalina (well actually her ex and his friends thought it would be funny to call her Ambalina)

And there you go thats were my nickname came from cross between Amba and Thumbalina cause I'm short!
