The reboot will be coming out next month...

I played the first two games to the max (AvP1 - Rebellion , AvP2 - Monolith)

Rebellion developed the new AvP game coming out next month.
I waited years for this... it just can't go wrong.

Demo on Xbox Live (and probably PC/PS3 too) now.

First impressions are that it isn't great unfortunately.

I dunno for my feeling they totally fucked up with the controls I really didn't expect this !

I guess they just should've made another AVP2 with next gen graphics.
The changes weren't needed.

Why is the Alien so damn slow ?
I used to be a fast fucking Alien Runner in AVP2 ... I wish they kept the speed in the game because this is just ridiculous...

The Marine is also very slow...
Predator on the other hand seems to be improved...
except for the speer .......
I wanna hit things with it not throw it away

I really hope the full game will make me think otherwise but apart from that THE DEMO CAME , AND IT SUCKED HARD

i played it with you last night stasz, i think the alien speed issue was because u had to push down the left analogue stick down to sprint, i thought it was pretty fast.

but saying that i've not played the previous ones, i sort of enjoyed it because it was a different kind of fps in ways portal is different to fps games.

The demo is based on a very early build of the game... final version is reportedly much much better =P

yeah i wasn't going to buy it before i played it, because i got confused because of the avp movies because when it comes to movies being tranfered to games its usually a shitty game with no effort put in it, just for mere promotion.

stasz told me that it had nothing to do with the movies and i like it so i'll be buying it.

i'll give myself a few days with it and if i'm not keen I'll just take it back.

ahh I would be buying it anyway, how shitty the demo made me feel anyway.
