Well, bass frequencies are good, actually... There's a not-so-good response to mid-highs BUT when the place was called Mazdapalace (2005) I saw my favourite prodge gig... At the time I was in the front row, but I moved to the middle 'cause Their Law had a very HARD response from the fans...
I've also been to Palasharp to see the last Rock in Idro festival (Faith No More etc): I was on the stands and I could hear good sounds from there.
For your girl's and your relashionship's safety, it should be a good compromise!

I think there will be more tickets, they switched location from Alcatraz to Palasharp, which is bigger. Keep checking www.ticketone.it (they're temporarily unavailable right now).
