i hope this gets confirmed. there's only info about guns n roses and danko jones at the festival's homepage. nothing about the prodge + they're not on the poster anymore. the tickets come out tomorrow. fingers crossed

info on the site - The "wonder child" of English music, The Prodigy, had a sold out concert last November in Helsinki Ice Hall.
The Prodigy combines hardcore techno, electropunk, rock and breakbeat in an amazing way!
Music of The Prodigy is inspire by Lee "Scratch" Perry, Ultramagnetic MC's ja Sex Pistols.

the Prodigy was founded in the year 1991, and works nowadays as a power trio. The Prodigy lineup: vocals-dancing Keith Flint Flint, dj Maxim Reality (Keith Palmer), keyboards and songwriter Liam Howlett. The Prodigy uses backup musicians in their concerts.

Despite of the long career The Prodigy has, it hasn't published more than 4 studio albums. 1992 "The Experience", 1994
"Music for the Jilted Generation", 1997 "Fat of the Land" and in February 2009 "Invaders Must Die"

I saw this on the official website..

Regrettably The Prodigy will not be playing at Helsinki Live Festival on June 5th. Production issues imposed by the festival upon the band has rendered it impossible for The Prodigy to perform.

However, the addition of a show in Moscow on the same date is now confirmed and the band very much look forward to playing the Arena Drive Festival at Tushino Airfield on Saturday June 5th.

didn't bought any tickets, but why the hell are they (that finnish website) promoting the band if it's not confirmed. a bit stupid to try to promote the event like that.
