So the bidding ends at 82 ! But why there is a 2nd book for a "buy it now price" at 250 with the same number ???

If I remember, you put in cart accept and I think they email you with price. Can't remember if the email contains a link to pay or the email address to send funds to. You pay via paypal so you're protected. And that's that. I haven't used it that much. I get someone else to buy for me, it saves me going mad with prices, I scratch his back, he scratches mine so to speak.

yeah i purchased alot of vinyl from discogs, cd's are pretty much the same but i prefer using ebay for them.
you add to cart and then agree to purchase, i'm pretty sure once you've signed up to discogs the person selling will then send you a message on discogs telling you who to send the funds to, when doing that paypal asks you what your giving money for so make sure thats set for buying stuff and then if you bump into problems you'll be able to file a claim on paypal and get your money back.
i've never needed to do that though so its a pretty safe way to buy.

i have been thiefed once there (paypal didnt help) but overall ok
as for paypal they are scums, all i got from them was "we decided that you should get your funds back BUT we were unable to take them back from seller" and link to their policy which stated it works that way (lol)
