Finally got my replacement and packaged how it should have been to begin with. No.48/999
and a doodle by flinty.
I think that no.1/999 will go to the last few people to order...... :?

Ordered my book late wednesday, arrived this morning . No 212/999, mint condition. Face drawn under Keith's signature and Maxim has drawn a monocle on his face. Some great pics in there and its a big hefty book. Early birthday present. Love it.

Still haven't received my replacement and they don't seem intent on sending another out.................. fucking twats. its been like a month since i posted it back and ive emailed them many times asking whats happening and i just get the same response "we'll send another out when we get yours" blah blah. i sent it back, i gave you the proof of postage, you said you were going to send a replacement on receipt of proof of postage and then you change your mind saying "oh wait, no we cant send a replacement out now til we get the one you sent back instead" which a month on, doesnt seem likely its going to be arriving anytime soon. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

As far as I know they dont replace but fix the books. I might be wrong.

I got replacement s it was a different number.

JimbQ, you been offered any kind of refund? You might be better off phoning, also did you send by recorded delivery?
