If any1 has a scan of the back cover, could they upload it 4 me please, I want to use it for my pinkpop cd. Also what is the fire remix that is on the cd (last track)?.

I believe it's simply the Edit which they stuck on the CD. Would have to check my bootleg, but by heart I'm pretty sure it's simply the Edit. It doesn't belong to the gig anyway.
