Thanks but I think you misread. My dad is still alive. He did die but was brought back via CPR compressions. He had 3 stints put in his heart and has to take it easy now.

WAMT is my old job called back and said they want me to come work for them during the summer for much less than what they used to pay and on the night shift (11pm-7am). Not sure what to think.

Night shift is double time pay, not less. They're taking the piss and are hoping you're desperate enough for a job to take it.

baa, my mum's getting all anxiety prone and depressed again. She has bipolar disorder you see!

This shit has been going on for I can't remember how long, up high, down low, in and out of mental hospital, 5 years or some shit. It just fucks my head right up! At the moment I'm happier than I think I've ever been at any point in my adult life so far and as selfish as it sounds I just don't have the gusto to help her anymore.

Like I come home from work, see her sitting there feeling sorry for herself.... 60% of me just wants to kick her in the chops.....
