Yeah he reworked it. My guess is he made that final version after he made the album. He did say he was working on some b-sides well after the album came out guessing this was one of them that he was working on then. That is Liam saying Mescline in the song and leaving the message at the end right?

I don't think we'll see a Dirtchamber 2 until after Prodigy finish. When Liam has time on his own to do solo stuff is probably when he'll do it, so hopefully many years from now. As for unreleased trax like Dead Ken Beats and Heatwave Hurricane the only way we'll ever got those I think is if they do a box set at the end of their career. I'm happy we got Mescaline anyway. I doubt we'll ever see Stab somehow...

Yeh definitely dont want them to turn into Gorillaz, that wud be really shit. Definitely think they need to bring in some other people to provide some vocal parts tho, nothing too obvious or over the top, just kinda like bits n bobs for hooks, parts that they can get away with playing live without having the guest on stage with them all the time. Treat their vocal parts as kinda like samples, kinda like No Good or Warrior's Dance for instance.

Yeah exactly, I agree. Treat them as samples and just play them as samples on stage. Can still have Keith/Maxim on the tracks as well. I also think at least one song would be ok to have a full guest vocal on, as an album track. I mean do they ever play Piranha live? It could be played live, but doesn't seem to be, so by that logic have a song on the new album that doesn't get played live either, just one or so...

Excellent read through the interview, to be honest i didn't think there would be a dirtchamber sessions 2, like he said himself, he isn't a dj

i think there is a possibility that they tried to do piranha live, rehearsed it in private but the band isn't happy with the version, like they did with colours.
des[ite the general opinon i want them to play stand up at the end live,it would work fine.out of space has been played at the end for 5 years now.it's time for a change.
i'm a little upset that once again liam forgot about what he said that after imd he will finish some of the track that didn't made imd and release them.he said he wanted to do it before the new material came out,but i guess that will not happen now
