Hey - Heavy metal in the SPINAL TAP sense - some sort of disease, illness or medical procedure (The Clap is a sexually transmitted disease), but also a music reference (clapping with your hands).

I gues Clap in the movies may relate to the clapper board used at the start of scenes? It would be cool if someone had a job title of The Clapper.
