OPM UK to Reveal Killzone 2 in Two Weeks

If you've heard some rumblings of a Killzone 2 unveiling to be done by OPM UK, well you'll be happy to hear those rumblings had credence. A scan of the back pages of OPM UK has surfaced revealing that in the next issue, OPM UK will indeed be premiering Killzone 2. And we won't be given some boring concept art to look at, oh no...in-game shots and concrete details straight from Sony. The issue will be hitting in about 2 weeks...brace yourselves, everyone!

Why is this such a big deal? The first Killzone was a barely ok shooter w/ bad gfx.

Couldnt stand the 1st tbh, very boring, and gave me mtion sickness for some reason :?

Think alot of people are looking forward to it because of the E3 05 footage and to see if they have come close to it, which from reports at GDC they havnt

The main problem with first Killzone was that it was too ambitios of a game for Playstation 2. The developers asked too much of PS2 and it's limited processing power. Unleashed on the PS3 Killzone it is widely expected to be no less that the "Halo" of Playstation.

It was too ambitious for the PS2 hardware to handle.
