I dont hate him but i agree....
I miss the FOTL beats,the darkness of the MFTJG.
Last 5-7 years i noticed that many groups use ''lighter'',''softer'' beats.
I want the huge dirty fast beats again.
From the last 2 albums i like many songs ''girls'',''spitfire'',''TMTTH'',''WOF'' and more.....4 example,dont you agree that ''invaders must die'' would have been much better song if it had heavier beats?

I dont want Dubstep style...almost all the remixes on the singles were boring.

I want the 2010 narayan,poison,smack my bitch up,voodoo people,ect.

Iam 28 and i worship the prodigy since 94' even ''babys got a temper'' i love but although they are still the no1 in music 4 me i feel they lost the road a bit...i know times change we aint in the 90's,maby we changed too but i really feel they lost their road just a bit.

Once i saw on an magazine that FOTL was written almost entirely while on tour....i hope Liam writes the songs the same way so he has the same energy/inspiration from us.

Im so happy and grateful that we even had 2 new albums and possibly a 3rd....after 1997,i hope for the best result i just wrote what i truly feel with good intentions.

*also i dont want to wait a lifetime again 4 the new album....or if we have to wait I HOPE ITS EPIC AT LEAST!!!

well, nothing will ever sound like FOTL or MFTJG again. simply because of the whole reason/ableton digital production-armageddon. today everything's about crisp sounds, high frequencies, everythings just so compressed nowadays. compressor overkill.
but that's the way it goes, i guess.

Well i dont mean exactly the same sound but at least the ''BGAT'' or the ''voodoo beats'' beats....as i said i like IMD as a song a lot but it needs heavier beats to be perfect.

Also PLEASE no more songs like Hotride,Shoot Down(trigger is so badass),Colours,First Warning.

I hope the live performances give him the energy he needs to write epic bombs.

The band has made a lot of changes these last 2-3 years and has a different style ..
we all miss stuff like FOTL and MFTJ..but that was PAST and previous past influences Liam got..
everything is changing ..

I like the chemical brothers too but their last albums (except 3-4 songs) sound like a soundtrack 4 porn or music for VIP rooms with guys drinking martini.
Their last album is a bit back to the roots but still mediocre.

All im trying to say is that im gratful the band makes new albums after 97' i just dont like the road they take (especially about the dubster,makes me wanna kill my self)

People who are in my age or older and felt the vibe that MFTJG and FOTL had at their era i think feel me.

I dont think we will ever get a album with the impact and stunning beats that we got fra MFTJG and FOTL.. Every band has their prime.. Prodigy was in their prime 1994-1997..

But they still kick massive ass. And still is my fav band/artist of all time. I cant wait for the next album. Whatever Liam chose to do. I gonna dig it!

Of course they are my favourite band too even if they are not as good as in the past,seen them live 3 times,got all the albums-singles...
i just hope the new album is gonna be closer to what i like.
