For a moment there I thought you meant the fisheye lens.

Closest I could ever find in my suite of effects was the vertical-hold filter. But that's not quite it...sorry.

It's in the standard version of Final Cut Pro 7. I just can't remember the name. The real problem is; I can't get Final Cut to work, I need a new passkey to keep using the program. Can't find working codes. Fuck it.

Yeah, well there's multiple ways to do it so I'm sure you won't have a problem doing the effect. One involves distorting the primary colors, add some sort of distort waves to each individual color. Hard to explain.
