Ok I've been listening to the new album for a week and I can say that this is teh sex for teh ears. Kasabian pulled it off and I am a happy fan. Happiness is featuring gospels wich is amazing as I love Primal Scream. Happiness is also the upcoming single and not much of a material for Liam to remix, I'm afraid it's not happening.
empire > kasabian > west rider

love the new album
Happiness next single ..weird choice there are a quite a few other tracks worth to be singles. As far as Liam is concerned, he can choose some other track and remix it.

I think it's their best album yet.... but still not an instant buy record for me... when their good their real damn good... Take Aim! ..but they really have their fair share of real mediocre tracks here as well... "Ladies and Gentleman" jumps to mind immediately... allways a mixed bag for me.
still one of the most interesting bands out there though... allways worth taking a look at what their doing

All I can say is.... Love this album to bits.
To me, it's very easy to say it's better than Empire.
(Kasabian > WRPLS > Empire).
They did a nice job, love 8 out of 12 tracks so that says a lot for me.

Quote: Kasabian have revealed that ‘Velociraptor!’ will be the title of their upcoming fourth album. The album is due for release in September.
The band announced the name of the follow up to 2009’s ‘West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum’ at westrydersilverbullet.blogspot.com during the evening of June 7, as album track ‘Switchblade Smiles’ premiered on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show.
Fans who pre-order the album now are being offered ‘Switchblade Smiles’ as an instant download.
The tracklisting for ‘Velociraptor!’ is: ‘Let's Roll Just Like We Used To’ ‘Days Are Forgotten’ ‘Goodbye Kiss’ ‘La Fée Verte’ ‘Velociraptor!’ ‘Acid Turkish Bath (Shelter From The Storm)’ ‘I Hear Voices’ ‘Re-wired’ ‘Man Of Simple Pleasures’ ‘Switchblade Smiles’ ‘Neon Noon’
Kasabian have promised that they will play material from ‘Velociraptor!’ during their Sunday night set at this weekend's Isle Of Wight Festival.
The headliners spoke to NME.COM in an exclusive video interview ahead of the bash, which you can watch by clicking above.

the new track should get liam hungry to write music
its an absolute bomb.... i think it could pass for being prodigy
hopefully its a return to form for kasabian less of the glam rockish vibe more of beasty synths and drums
sounds like a cross between the prodigy and led zeplin
a howlett remix may just make it better
