See ? I couldn't help entering this topic again
But I'm glad I see these awnsers.
Yes I will do with Prodigy as well.
I started listening to WoF a week ago, because I felt the time was right.
Turns out I handle the CD like any other Live Recording.
And that's a real bummer because I was at Milton as well.
So I expected a lot.
But now I'm just skipping to EITP , Thunder , you know the deal....
Now fuck you all and farewell till the movie gets out and I've seen it 3 times

Hmmm let think about it..... it will be 2 great (awesome, masterpiece) Movies with Batman, After 2 horrible (crap, fuckin retarded) movies with Batman (Schumacher ones). And yeah, i almost forgot, one masterpiece before Batman (Memento), one good piece of movie before Batman (Insomnia), and another masterpiece after two Batman movies (Inception). Hmmm what else?? hmm ahh, i almost forgot....those one billion dollars influence for Dark Knight in a whole world...Still dont know why he did get the job (sarcasm)

aha i see. dont fix whats not broken.. or something like that?
I see your point, but there are sooo many good directors out there. Just because one got it right, there is not good enough reason to not give another one a chance..
Three batman movies are enough for Nolan IMHO

yes, there's a lot of good directors, but for now Nolan is the greatest one for this job, he need to end his vision of batman on that third part. And what's then? they hire another director, and will do a reboot, as they did with spiderman and almost everything right now. Schumacher was a good director in 90's and look what he did with batman.
Matthew Vaughn is a good director aswell. After Kick-Ass, and X-men first class he would be great for another batman movies.

Nolan played the realistic Batman card very succesfully. I'd like to see someone make a comic book version of Batman thats not overly stupid like Schumaker's batman, but more like SIN CITY crossed with this -
That would be my ideal Batman movie....play up his 'world's greatest Detective' title.

As far as I heard, Nolan is only serving as a mentor to the director and executive producer for Superman, he is NOT directing it. He's there to help guide who will actually be directing the new Superman movie. If that helps your gripes against him. Personally, with the rate of amazing work and depth Nolan has done with all of his films, I'll gladly have him on board and goddamn sequel and/or remake there is to come lol.
