Its just so fucked up, Massive fire at a shop in Croydon which has been there since the late 1800s and its now gone, completely destroyed, they had the owner (5th generation) and it was heart breaking listening to him.
This is no longer to do with the shooting in Tottenham now, this is just mindless fuckers who are just out to cause trouble, and loot, the looting fucks me off so much, there was a woman on Sky news who said they were doing it to get their taxes back! fuck off sweet heart, you've probably never paid taxes in your fucking life!
But its the burning of cars and shops that piss me off the most
Its time to get the water cannons, tear gas and rubber bullets out... but we cant, according to the news we dont have any water cannons here! and theyre probably to scared to use the rubber bullets and tear gas incase they get sued if they hurt anyone, FUCK EM, its taking the piss now, time to get the army and the TA onto the streets as theyre not enough police to control this, 32k police in london and they cant cope, and they're talking about getting rid of 2k police officers?! fucking pathetic 32k cant cope so how can 30k cope?! fucking pathetic
And now you have the trouble spreading away from London, trouble, looting and all that crap has spread to Birmingham, and maybe Leeds and Nottingham
And as for david Cameron... he shouldve been back from his poxy holiday yesterday, sort this fucking shit out
This whole thing has royally fucked me off!

why do i get the impression that everytime you get a event like this,a shooting or whatever, anarchists apear?
i mean you got people protesting at police brutality or what they see as police brutality or injustice.but once the peaceful protest starts it draws in all kind of idiots who take advantage of the situation to fight with the police, burn cars and destroy shops.meanwhile the first people who started to protest peacefuly get caught between the idiots and the police and they retreat, step back.and all that it remains is another riot,a oportunity for douchebags to smash things

And now theres been a shooting in Croydon (non fatal) so its going to kick off even more now even though this was nothing to do with the police (by the sounds of it)

All this shit is very local to me. I live in Enfield and seeing the videos of events happening in areas I grew up in and have lived in for most of my life has just shocked me to the core. In fact, I can genuinely say I'm scared of being in the area where I live.
For the last 3 nights all we've heard is sirens and police helicopters. I even drove down Tottenham High Road on Friday night just hours before the riots kicked off. Now my home town is going down the shitter due to some unbelievably stupid idiots who seem to think it's their God-given right to help themselves to anything they want in the belief that it's OK to destroy other people's lives and homes because 'it's a laugh, innit'.
I for one can't actually wait for one of the little bastards to get shot by a cop, or even better, a soldier with a big fucking gun. This has gone way past a protest. It's time the police got some real power to retaliate and if the criminal element come off worse, all the better for it.

it's all just copy cat opportunists out to get some stuff now
plus it's the school holidays, so loads of people are turning up for the crack

just saw some youtube vids of the riots.sad to see most of the comments are extremely racist.
but funny because these rioters call themselves rebels who fight the opressive cameron regime.and they are actually demanding the u.n. and nato to come with the army and help them overthrow the goverment.talk about ignorance.
but i don't understand why doesn't the army step in?the police is clearly overwhelmed.3 days of destruction.basically there is a siege going on
