yes but in part it is true.that's the thing when you were a innovator and now choose to go with the popular trends.i don't agree 100% with that comment, but he does have a point

Yeah, I get that youtube point. Though Prodigy sounds better than the ones they're 'copying'. By the way, isn't this EXACTLY what Prodigy does? I meam when you sample a track, you already sound like someone else; it's other people's sound your using. I guess using other's elements (Invaders must Die > Pendulum) but making it better is also some form of sampling?

As long as the outcome is powerful, who cares? Srsly .

lol, for the sake of god I cant find any bit where Liam is copying anyone.
He has always been himself and still is.

I agree with this theory. I think Liam loves the challenge here.
i believe there has not been a dance music scene he could resemble so much, since the early rave days maybe?
Theres nothing to worry about, he will take some elements of this popular bass scene and turn it into something good. so all "swag kidz" must think theyr life through.

What if Dubstep never existed? Liam could've made the track and no one would have any idea. What I'm saying is it might just be coincidence that there's a tiny microscopic iota of the track that has a small similarity to a Dubstep type sound...

sampling = giving another vibe to a sound
not copying a vibe

i don't want prodigy to copy someone else style..

these tracks sounds promising but those wobbling are clearly a dubstep influence.. and also flinty words in that interview suggest the same thing

i don't want the prodigy to be influenced by someone else.. the whole electronic scene should be influenced by the prodigy

bring some (original) noise

This "awol" tune seems to have a huge guitar sample!! can't wait for a better quality from this.

btw maxim hasn't bored yet the 2 phrases: "bring it all" and "all my people" ????
