yeah, and out of space is like a cut from i chase the devil with some rave samples on it? the track isn't even finished yet so of course it might sound a bit simple. after all it still is pretty much of a loop.. :? but a fucking heavy one! but that's my opinion..

I know it :) In Out Of Space main sample is changed a little bit and there are more samples, changed samples. Bring The Noise track sounds like looped White Stripes track fragment ;) For me Bring The Noise is on same level as Stand Up. Also this is my opinion ;)

Stand up! class tune :D I wish he did more like that....

No way this tune is already on that level.

Damn... So Bring The Noise sound like a cut from White Stripes track + beats and wobble sample...

I doubt the wobbles he uses are samples. Liam is pretty fucking good with equipment in studio

I like ''bring the noise'' much more than ''awol'' but none of them is very good. After 17 years of prodigy-mania (im 30) i need something better to get excited tbh.

Very very true, all what you said! I completely agree!

that's what i am saying! we've heard 5 albums and countless 'live only' tunes. these don't quite hit the mark.

I will say, I won't mind AWOL as a b-side, or Bring the Noise in whatever form it comes out as

Yeahs, nice to see Liam getting back to that good ol' cut-and-paste-action! Prodigy tunes are great because they use fragments of other tunes and evolve them to something totally different. SMBU is just clips of other tracks with a beat and a distorted lead, but it's mega. More samples, the more I likes! ;)

....but still don't go all Fatboy Slim, Liam

I find it funny how everyone is judging these two tracks like they've heard the actual finished studio-versions... as if the tracks have been released as an EP. I take my opinion back and stay neutral until I get a chance to hear the tracks live OR from the studio, I haven't been pleased about ANY recordings I heard, so there's no need to form my opinion...yet.

To the people that can actually confirm that they like it or not based on these very crappy live recordings:

agent orange hit the mark.

this is silly.

"i don't like AWOL cuz the transitional effect between the first and the second verse sounds too wooblish and the last snare in the chorus is way too loud - it sounds like a ska/punk crossover between the stranglers in their early 80's "aural sculpture" era mixed with non straightened sped up beats reminescent of grand wizard theodore & the fantastic five.."

.. when in reality you can only hear KRZZZZZZZ-"awoool"-KRZZZZZZ

Are we getting old?
I can hear 95% of the track pretty clear.. enough to judge.

Same thing with the rehearsal video of AWOL.
I bet 99% of people didnt notice Maxim's lyrics in the rehearsal vid (which means they were studio recorded too).
They're very quiet and hard to notice, but they're definately there.

i don't quite agree with you here. even regular mp3 does not hold all sounds what full quality file ( wav, flac) has.
listening youtube stuff, you leave some to your imagination. and every one intepreters some of it in theyr own way.
