the only thing i can think of is suicide, the worst thing is that ppl are trying to help me, but i dont feel anything, im not really sure what to do

Speak to someone professional asap. It can help if someone is knowledgeable to deal with the situation you are feeling. Been there meself a few times and glad I didn't fall.

Do you take any medication Erika? Or see a physiologist/mental health nurse? My mum has bipolar disorder, she'd be lost without those elements.

if you're talking about friends, they are not trying to help you, they just don't care. most important thing is family, speak to them

like anyone I'm sometimes low on motivation, but what helps me get through the most is, partly like BK said, remembering there's people that care about me

got a nephew, a niece and a younger sister. wouldn't want them to be saddened just because i been through rough times

yeah i do suffer from bipolar, and i been taking meds for a few years. speaking bout friends thats true, and family, i dont have a family really. the only one person who would be affected is my mother, but i actually make her life even more difficult. anyway thanks guys, im just trying to rethink everything, just dont really know how more i can go thru life, im very tired
