More sensation,
More action,
More effects,
More soundeffects,
More epicness,
More Spiderman,
More badguys,
More over-the-top.
Looking at the trailer, I feel like this is the case for Spiderman too. What's up with Hollywood making all these big blockbuster movies so over-the-top epic, just so... overdone?

He's ok I guess. Did some alright stuff in Social Network and Imaginarium. Seems like the obvious choice for a Peter Parker. Soft, cookie dough pussy with few friends and babyface.

No one is forcing You to watch them For sure this reboot will be better than the previous Spider-Man movies which were not based on comics.

This guy was very good in David Fincher's The Social Network. And he dates sex kitten Emma Stone so I think he deserves some respect, if not downright envy... And like Agent Orange said, he fits the part of nerd-ish Peter Parker.

Just came back from the theatre, it was really good. It had some slapstick humor and it was somehow more mature, paradoxically. I like how the film takes its time for the character development of Spider Man, the cast was equally good (considering that I'm a huge Willem Dafoe fan). Most of all, it wasn't so awefully super mega hyper epic, like everything is these days...
I'd give it an 8 / 10...

Seemed very disjointed, ordinary movie. Nothing stood out, everything ordinary and easy to forget. I liked Emma Stone and felt Dennis Leary was misused. I didn't liked Garfield at all, even though in the trailers he seemed ok. The acting seemed average on all the cast and the script weak and full of clichee. Overall a ordinary movie, doesn't justify the big budget it had, and it was imo at the same level as Spiderman 3

The GCI Lizard really dampens my eagerness to see the new one. I wish they'd used the great and more realistic Spider-Man villain Vulture instead. Raimi already wanted to use Vulture in Spider-Man 4 but the studio bosses didn't approve it because Vulture was in their opinion too old, which is why Raimi declined to do the movie. The studio fucks...
