Das Boot (1981)

While utterly brilliant and one of the absolute best things ever made The Director's Cut (208 min) is still not quite as brilliant as the full length Original Uncut Version (293 min). But it's not far off and I simply had to see it in High Definition and the Uncut is not yet on Blu-Ray (you can get it on DVD though if you want the full experience). This one just never gets old. Never.

i watched this last night. fell asleep twice. this movie is so bad. the dialogue is awful, the pacing is awfull, the plot is awfull. i can't believe this was made by Steven Soderbergh. I was watching it and thought it reminded my of ocean's 11. like bad ripoff, by someone who doesn't have the skills, or did only direct to dvd,tv movies all his life. and then the credits came and i saw Steven Soderbergh and i lold.hard

Cabin in the Woods. FUCKING mediocre.

Really? it has one of the biggest rate of this year on metacritic.com (75\100), when i saw trailer i thought this is must see for me.

I think it's really really overrated then. I'm shocked by how positive everyone is, while the movie tried so hard to be something else while it isn't really THAT big of a deal. I felt like it was a Jeepers Creepers kind of movie at best. Ok, but not the cat's meow at all.

It's because of Whedon. That guy could paint his house with his own turd and people would still call it brilliant.

Battleship - do yourself a favor and avoid it. Or at least wait for the for the rips on torrent sites and pirate it. don't waste money on it

Youth Without Youth, 8/10, Coppola at it's best

Dont underestimate Whedon my friend, his Avengers is mind-blowing, as far as 100+ critics are right. Some say that dont belive Nolan will do a better comic based movie with his new batman. 9,0 rate on IMDB with 7.000 views are promising.
