Totally agree!
The first version was the beeeest live tune in this era and would be the best tune in IMD if only he had kept it original.

In my opinion / vision Invaders Must Die album would be better with tracklist like that:

01.Invaders Must Die (Re-Amped)
02.Omen
03.Thunder
04.Colours (2010 Version)
05.Take Me To The Hospital
06.Warrior's Dance
07.Run With The Wolves
08.Omen Reprise
09.World's On Fire (First Version)
10.Piranha
11.Mescaline (First Version)

And maybe twelfth track:

12.Stab
the re-amped version of IMD sounds like teenpop imo... the original is way better (even though i don't really dig that track anymore)
+ there should be Comanche (the shorter live version)
and the first live version of Thunder...

Yeah I got to experience this one live... definitely should be released in studio form as a Re-Amped version. Love the extra bits and chops and how it ends with the high strings. I never understood why Liam dropped this from the set because people went absolutely apeshit when it kicked in. It was one of the few new tracks at the time, since the album was just released, that seemed like the crowd was anticipating. When it started, people recognized it and began cheering right away. Once that beat kicks in, the crowd was just a moving mass of people. Don't get why he canned it.

man, thats fucking great!

im one of these people who wish most tracks were upbeat, im really not into tracks like their law in their current form. even poison, whilst good as a breather track a break from the faster stuff, i always think it would be good remixed.

oh yeah, IMD re-amped..

it would have been ok if that same recycled lofi-hi pass filter-beat-thing hadnt been thrown over it...

the same thing used in 'the day i die' remix

and originally in ''full throttle''

not sure if ive missed somewhere else..

you know an artist has run out of ideas, or are just incessantly lazy if they start sampling their own tracks (which were sampled to begin with)..

My favorite IMD track, and oh man this live version sounds so epic with that intro and extra stuff!
I wish i could experience that live just once but i guess i have to confine myself with the dub version :?

I remember last year when i heard the "i hear thunder..." part live i was wishing to turn into that version and not the dub one...

Yeah the whole time at Roseland, I was like "please play Thunder, please oh please play Thunder." Then I heard Maxim say "I hear thunder..." and I was like "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssss, this is gonna happen!" Best part of the show, that and Comanche really rocked it.

Definitely should be on album or World's On Fire dvd...

And World's On Fire tracklist should be:

Intro
World's On Fire
Break & Enter
Breathe
Omen
Colours
Poison
Thunder Dub
Warrior's Dance
Firestarter
Run With The Wolves
Mescaline
Weather Experience
Voodoo People
Mindfields
Spitfire
Omen Reprise
Invaders Must Die
Diesel Power
Smack My Bitch Up
Take Me To The Hospital
Everybody In The Place
No Good
Charly
Their Law
Rhythm Of Life
Out Of Space

With no cut / edit etc. Even without bonus stuff. Just full gig...

Love that buzzing sound at 01:49
