i dont know if this is bullshit or not, but i doubt they'll put their law in the set just because its a rock festival! its not the 90s any more, they have a full band sound pretty much and can play whatever they want, IMO break and enter is one of the most rocking tracks, especially the 95 live version..

Nitehawk sounds very cool and dark for a track title , it's very possible that it will replace Their law in the future , other thing that comes to my mind is that Liam told someone from the crew to take picture of the setlist to make a hype before the gig , as a teaser or smth :P

1 2 3 you wanna fly with me?
sit in my nitehawk , it will set you free!!!

Nitehawk sounds credible enough, as for the rest of the set list goes, I like change. About poxy time too. Looking forward to the crappy YouTube recordings!

What have you got in store for your set ?

We're going to be playing a couple of new things we've been working on, but ultimately when you go and see a band you don't want to hear new stuff - you want to hear what you know. We've got a bit of a different stage set going on but we haven't gone too mad. [Our live shows] have always been about the band so we don't like to use screens and that sort of thing. With Download it's more of a raw thing, it's more about the music.

well, well... WHEN u go to a festival most ppl want to hear what they know, it's true. WHEN u go to an arena gig most ppl want to hear new stuff and not something they heard ten times already.
so this statement is half true, only that WHAT ABOUT YOUR FANS? your fans always want new stuff and now u can decide whether to prefer those ppl who are not fans just happen to go there once they're at the festival or your fans who go there directly for you and want you to blow their mind.

yeah, maybe a little too fast with my reply.. but still, they promised new stuff and they're backing off already. people who are not directly fans probably only know like SMBU, firestarter, out of space and omen.. so space enough for new stuff imo. if it's really worth it, liam could blow their mind with the new stuff

anyway i'm excited to see the setlist afterwards!

absolutely true. anyway, i used to moan a lot that they play the same shit, for now i kinda accepted it. cause there is just nothing u can do about it. if its who they are and if its what they like then okay. i dont have to like it but i either waste energy on getting angry while that also doesnt change a thing or i just dont give a shit.
i chose the latter. i do hope everytime but when i see it was the same setlist i just shrug and keep going on.
