I'm honestly scared if this is Liam's new dark direction he's promised. He could possibly feel we deserved to hear AWOL in some form as it probably had a good chance ending up on IMD.

I wish I could know Liam's mind set when he wrote these 3 tracks, although AWOL was most likely written in some form back in 2007. I know these tracks evolve but they sound 'finished' so I don't hold much hope for these to be any different to a studio version.

Liam you may or may not read this, get your head out of your arse and sort some beats out. Get some collabs going because outside opinions/input is possibly going to be the springboard to a big fuck off album we're all expecting.

It seems like a lot of these new tracks with get scrapped cuz of the heavy sample usage. Will Jack White allow them to use his riff? Will System of A Down let em use their vocal?

i dont see how is it that they can use it on live but not on album. cause the album is commercial? well they also earn money by performing a gig where they do sample these shits. so how does this even work???

as for me, i like awol, but i wouldnt want to see it on an album, rather on a single b-side, or a free download. dogbite is rather a fill and its really not that great. I liked to hear at the budapest gig, but only cause it was new to me and never heard it in proper quality before, but its really not exciting at all. jetfighter is the same. that is also like a fill and not that good, especially not good enough for a track that names the album.

but i dont like comments either that some ppl still say that liam should be back to jilted or fatland. no he shouldnt. i dont want the guy to repeat himself in any way. i would be happier with even an album full of dogbites than with an album "fat of the land 2". (apart from the topic but still i mention it just to raise a couple of people's agressive burst-outs, but fat of the land is just a fucked up pop-shit anyway which is nowhere near jilted, haha thats for u  )

an idea of an EP is good, but i cant see liam releasing any ep ever. no, fuckin dont mention hotride here, cause even hotride was a single originally, and to me it still is. i dont see why it would be an EP, and EP is supposed to be a mini album, and how could hotride be that with two remixes and one b-side on it? fuck that.

anyway, a lesson to learn is to never listen to interviews. ill definitely never ever listen to any, cause im bored. had they ever tell anything TRUE in any interview? i think when they prepare an interview, it goes like:
liam: so what should we lie today?
flint: anything that comes in the heat of the moment.
maxim: let's lie we're full of energy and work on the album.
it's the same structure liam uses in every of his boring blog entries: yeah u rocked it, really massive crowd, all my respect, blabla.
so when liam tells me the new album will be darker, heavier, i just shrink and say whatever dude, just do something.

Hey squizzel, mah shizzel Image

tbh they're very far from the standard that we've come to expect over the years, hopefully it's just a little hiccup (or an elaborate hoax) before the prodigal son is back on form. He'd better wake up.

I don't quite get your panic guys... Dog Bite is such a cool party tune I already love it although it's still far from finished. I agree about Awol and Jetfighter but I think they will be changed and the final result will be great. Liam never fails when it comes to album material. As for the direction - I am all for it - I'm glad that they bring the big hard beats, noises, guitars and rock influences. Let's see what's next 8-)

you see it's funny that almost every experience tracks has another version that released on singles, etc. and they are far far far better than the ones on the album. i mean what's that your love, eh? the original is far better, same goes to charly, eitp and fire too. so yes, liam actually fails a couple of times when it comes to album material

he said it himself that he intentionally put different versions on experience cause all the good versions were already released as singles. he felt it would be cheating if he just repeated it.
people we cant know whats going on in the man's head. he could be making some brilliant shit for all we know, or he could be fiddling with scrapped demos. whatever we get is not gonna be as good as FOTL so lets hope itll at least be a good record. and the guys are in great shape when it comes to live shows. theyve been on tour almost nonstop for a decade now

Mescaline has never been on any album and what's the problem with WOF? Okay I admit that the first live version's crazy synth path was better than the one on the album version but that's fine I still like it.

@ - ©@rm4g3dd0n - Experience is a totally different case and as kkikx74 has already mentioned Liam intentionally released different versions of those tunes.

Guys do you remember how did it feel back in let's say 2006-2007 when there was no album on the way and we were so hungry for new material. Whatever Liam was playing you used to like it and praise it. Now when we had a real kickass album 3 years ago and some new tunes here and there you start moaning even before they've been finished and released. Just give the man some time and support. I am sure that the new album will be big and massive. Mark my words!

+1 man, I totally agree people aren't never happy always more and more, for me I prefer to wait little bit more and have some good tune than have something quickly but wich is poor and flat. music take times to develop and after so many years, creativity and freshness are really hard to find, the music industry is so full of new artists and new sounds and new styles and crossovers etc..... I don't like "moaning" if you're a fan then you know that you have to be patient with these guys (prodge) and if you all (the moaners) wants tons of tune all the time listen to skrillex  same shit each days 7days a week, I know some of you will dislike this but world is like that guys
