Live recording of the Zed's Dead remix here. Pretty much a typical electro-house tempo track with 'filthy' dubstep wobbles. With the Breathe riff slammed on top. Yup..

AWFUL.
this whole skrillextro filthy housedubstep shit and all that bollocks is so awful.
no soul, no heart. just goin for the "sickest bass", the "filthiest breakdown".
again, awful.

simple melodic buildup and first basslines after the drop are not bad imo. further on ... indeed these repeating high pitch type sounds sound like 3000 other tunes out there.

didn't Maxim mentioned something about Zeds Dead in WD Serbian Fest interview?

eather way, Very good news overall!

I love a gritty bassline as much as the next herbert, don't get me wrong. What I dislike is the fact that if you take away the Breathe sample that could just be any track, made by anyone with access to NI Massive.

It's remixing at it's laziest IMO. I appreciate this sort of thing is what's hot right now but if you're going to remix a classic, at least try to do it justice.

YES ZED'S DEAD, I'M TALKING TO YOU.

Major Lazer? that's dope! really liked their earlier stuff with Diplo and Switch both producing. everything released that's produced only by Diplo is crap though
