I just have one question. Exactly what have Major Lazer, Baauer and Alvin Risk actually done before that makes XL consider them a worthwhile addition?

I'd never even heard of them before this thread..

I'd say they're more Liam's idea, big in the states

I agree for Alvin Risk and Baauer, but Major Lazer is... well, quite known I thought. If you attended The Prodigy concert lately (in 2009 or later), then you should know "Pon De Floor" :P (it gets often played before the gigs in Poland and I heard these "before The Prodigy" tracks are similar in other countries...) You might have heard about Diplo or Switch (the former runs Major Lazer, the latter left the project ~year ago).

Liam has since said that the Unkle remix wasnt actually that bad and that he was just kinda bitter at the thought of it having been released without his consent. He also said that he had talked with James Lavelle and that things were cool again. (I think he said that on a NEKO interview, actually)

Asking Noisia, Switch & Diplo to remix your tracks I can understand but lets be honest Liam's remix choices have been dogshit over the last few years

Those TMTTH remixes were cringing, Losers Middlesex A & E Remix and even the Josh Homme influence sounded bad

He's not going to ask bigger acts as that's going to cost $$$

it's like when asked about collabs on new album. Says he wants to work with less known people who has fresh ideas. bits from these remixes doesn't sound really fresh does it? trap case may be different. have to absorb this genre moar.

liam have no clue about good remixes!
noisia SMBU remix sounds like "2005 SPOR tracks"
this is 15 year anniversary!!!
TFOTL made prodigy famous around the world...
Liam thinks too much of himself...
and thats why we dont have:
-5 new never heard tracks on WDF serbia(prodigy blefing)
-no suvenirs track with 3D from M.Attack
-new album 4 years waiting!

i expect shit...
