When I heard that first minute of the vid that melody reminded me of the documentary by BBC called "Death of Yugoslavia" , theme song at the beginning , so I started to search for the author of the music and found out it's Debbie Wiseman , she confirmed that she did the music for the doc via FB but she said it doesn't have a name

oh man , we really have to know everything and sometimes dig through the wonders of the www to find the answers
