Let's see if they play it again.. It was only played on the first night.

yeah I know, would be a fuckin shame if Liam would leave it at that.

The female vocals sound so good on that song, it really fits well.

Totally agree ;) But this is not something new... For sure this is a leftover from Invaders Must Die recording session.

^^^ this sounds more like a filler than an actual track. i don't believe this is the original track, just samples from it re-worked. anyway nothing special imo

Yeah I'm getting the vibe this is just some reworked jam idea based of the leftover IMD demo. I think it's cool, nothing finished sound. But a neat lil jam. I like that he has the breaks in this. The half time beat is cool, but I think he should have focused on the speed of the break and used the additional drums to beef up and play along with that instead of half time. I would like to hear a new Prodigy track with those old school breaks like Experience. That Wiley "Destroy The Melody" collab had that feel and he try to do it on IMD Re-Amped.

But I dunno, kinda worried we are nowhere near a new album yet.
Unless he is hiding the real gems from us
But to me, it feels we are still in the initial getting ideas down phase.

And a lot of these tracks are based heavily on a main sample, which doesn't always end up going well when it comes to release time.

I hope I'm wrong and Liam will surprise us

Don't forget back before IMD was released and they only played World's On Fire and Warrior's Dance and just those Beat 55 and Unstoppable ideas/fills....

then Bam! New album was here.

I was about to say this. wtf does liam think he's pullin? all his chat about never having a 5 year wait and then he's doing the same shit again. fucking hypocrite. i used to hav a bag of respect for liam but these last few years have been a piss take. is he fucking lazy or something? his body is certainly showing it. he should really lay off the tight jeans now man because fuck me he aint in the shape he was in in 08. why's he so scared to put something out there, even a little EP of beats. ill manors remix instrumental type stuff would even be worthy of that. he's probably scared of prodigy losing its reputation if he released something not up to mainstream standards. "ummm, albums out probly late 2011, early 2012 at the latest" FUCK OFF. the guys are getting old anyway. he can't be planning to put out the album in 2015 or some shit, by that time he'll have a pair of saggy tits dangling around as he walks on stage.

i wonder if the contract with cooking vinyl is timed. i know it was a 2 album contract. but if it was timed maybe he's waiting it out til the last minute. fuck knows, it's all about the money at the end of it.

Yes, mature age... And don't start this ridiculous, pointless discussion about dubstep etc.

Wrong ;) This is what they played in 2008

May - World's On Fire, Warrior's Dance and Unstoppable
June & July - World's On Fire, Warrior's Dance and sometimes Mescaline
August - World's On Fire, Warrior's Dance and only once Stab
December - World's On Fire, Warrior's Dance, Omen, Run With The Wolves, Take Me To The Hospital, Invaders Must Die and Comanche

But that is what makes me worry even more that we are not even near a new album
Nothing played so far sounds anywhete near being 100% finished
Most of the new stuff just barely passes off as like 50% done
No real song structure... more like jams rather than a full on track
I know people will jump and say AWOL... but is still lacking a finishing touch.
Not much happens in that track
And the rest of the new stuff is made up of only like two sections that Liam switches back and forth to and then it ends
I think Liam should bring back the wobbles in Dogbite, not the whole track but switch between the new bass hook and the old wobble hook to give the track some more structure and change.
The Day is cool, but still not much of a track
Jetfighter is the most promising, but still not much there yet to consider it a full track.

At least by the middle of 2008, we were treated to two full on finished tracks and less than a year later we had a new album. But we dont even have one full on finished sounding track yet. Which is what worries me that we are still in the early phase of writing.

End of 2013 if we are lucky? I'd hope for earlier, but I dunno... dont look that way at the moment.
Unless Liam really pulls a sneaky right hook on us and delivers something out of nowhere and just didn't wanna show the fans any finished tracks yet until the album is ready for release.
