<  PRODIGY QUESTIONS & OPINIONS  ~  Synth sound?

Hey everyone
I would like to know if the "cat/siren" sound in Funky Shit is a preprogrammed patch/synth sound or if its specifically made by liam...I am asking this beacuase a song by the band Wolfsheim (a german band) entitled "underneath the veil" has exactly the same sound in it
