I just remembered this from years ago and never mentioned it.
Back in 2002 my friend at the time picked up PANACEA's latest album Underground Superstardom and we discovered that it had a huge, and I mean HUGE, Prodigy sample on the track The Last Brotherhood (Panacea vs Disorder 2nd Gen). This is a pretty blatant sample/rip off/whatever you wanna call it, he lifted the vocals and chunks of music from The Prodigy's "Rhythm Of Life."
Hear it yourself...

i heard this back in '02 but forgot all about it...
until today when i was on a music forum and Panacea was mentioned...
then this song and the Rhythm Of Life rip all came back to me.
i couldn't remember it being talked about on BK, so i looked for it on YouTube to let you all hear the blatant sample lift for yourselves.

It sounds quite good in the beginning, but when the beat starts, it ruins everything...

Yeah, that beat sounds so cheap and thin... no balls.
You sample music from a track like "Rhythm Of Life," you better be prepared to write a beat with some frigging balls.

Someone phone up Liam and co. and let them that an amazing tune of theirs has been viciously ass raped.

i doubt he'd ever give a shit at this point. these days he's on holiday, gigging with the band, or putting a couple of minutes into the studio

it's one thing to use bits, tweaking them and building a track around it. but using this many so noticable bits from ROL and naming it your own track?!

But Liam at least gave proper credit to the original writer/performer...
There was no credit given to The Prodigy in Panacea's booklet
