The thing is that no EU or God can help anyone if he do not help himself. bout the "8000 euro flats" - even if there are so cheap flats I think it's a bad idea to buy one... although a lot of English are buying houses and flats in this region and near the Black Sea (I suppose it's not so bad here then).
