It's just promo, letting non-fans know something's happening on their end.
These shows are mostly useless for the informed fan.

AWOL "might" be on the album or not.
But yeah.. pretty much a non-interview, really.

30 min record after 6 years...it is disappointing tbh.
At least i hope we have 2-3 songs ''Spitfire-quality''.
Because as the years go by all i remember from the last two records is Girls and Spitfire.
I remember people complaining about AONO but it seems it was better than IMD.
*lol i guess Liam told him before the interview not to ask him about a release date

i prefer IMD over AONO
though AONO could have been better if it included the later, updated versions of tracks that came out
but AONO itself, it's 50/50... half amazing tracks and other half pure filler that i skip over and can't get through... especially toward the last half of the album. No proper direction sometimes.
I know it was a long wait for AONO, but it's one of those times Liam and the production would have benefited with just waiting a little bit longer to get the right vibe by touring the new stuff back then and modifying it to the superior versions we got later on.
For me, that would have been a solid proper AONO from start to finish that could have contended as one of their bests.
I like to replace the tracks and make my own kinda AONO Re-Amped.
I can listen to IMD all the way through, the tracks and album have a direction... but everyone has their own tastes.
When I think of AONO era...
I think of Girls, Get Up Get Off, Back 2 Skool, Under My Wheels (Remix) and that's pretty much it for me.
IMD era also brought us The Big Gundown, which I put up there with classic Prodigy b-sides like Rhythm Of Life, Pandemonium, One/No Man Army, etc.
It's funny, songs like Piranha and Get Up Get Off get slammed here but I think they are some of the best tracks from their respective eras. I only really see the hated on the BK boards than compared anywhere else.

Very disappointing. But I'm sure he won't have the guts to leave it at 30 mins. He must know that would be bad.
No way AONO seems better than IMD. I listened to it a months ago, wondering if I still hated it and - yep. Still an awful sounding record. Don't wanna bring this up again (we just had that here), but BGAT, Nuclear, Trigger, all the cool little Website-Loops were so much better than what turned out to be AONO. He shouldn't have started over, it was a bigger mistake than BGAT (which for me was maybe a little uninspired but muuuuuch better quality than all of AONO except Spitfire).

NEOREV , Ekko i respect your opinions but i think the single version of Spitfire only is worth more than the whole IMD ....i would say Girls too but many do not like it much.

The reworked Spitfire was good. IMD is also not a fantastic album, imho, but yeah, question of taste. It's not as one dimensional and at least a little more clever and banging than AONO and I can still tolerate it. Still, I really don't like the drums since AONO, in anything. Since Rockweiler it sounds like the punch is coming back (can't really judge it via the recordings we know of), but between BGAT and Rockweiler it all just sounded very undefined, not punchy, just loud and noisy and messy. This kind of music doesn't profit from these harsh loudness levels, it just gets mushy and square-wavy. But, fuk it, I'm not touching this again.

Spitfire as it was on the album kinda sucks. Way too slow, no energy, no variations....
I take Awol any day over spitfire.
From AONO the only tracks that sounded finished were Girls and Hot Ride.

What is funny is that i think Liam does not give a fuck about what we say in here . It is like 2 guys arguing about something that does not belong to them.
I don't know...if we were in Liam's shoes would we care to read at least 1-2 times a year what the fans say on the forums ?
