That would be nice if they announced something after those summer gigs.
I listened Rock Weiler from Deichbrand Fest the other day and I noticed Maxim shouting: this one's yours, 20 fuckin 14 !!!! Well' let's see what happens... definitely there is just a matter of time when they reveal more details of a new LP. |

Liam wouldn't go on 6music is they were not near completion, was a funny interview as he just said nothing of substance, the usual "yeah i mean it's gonna be darker than the last album"

The bridge bit on Rockweiler is fucking the first time in ages the Prodigy have excited me, no doubt a lot to do with Liam getting Neil on board again... really enjoying that Rockweiler track now

The album is nearly done, but I don't see it coming out this year. An edit version of a free song from the album to download before the year is out? Maybe. Early next year for album. They'll be finishing it off and mastering it after the last few gigs this month, then there's the obligatory notice period after completion...

until i see at least a single released, coupled with some quality b-sides i dont see any reason to get overly excited. all of the stirring in last couple of months is promising but its still - only promising. nothing definite

Early 2015 then i guess....just for the fun of it , is anywhere an interview or a post after IMD where Liam actually gives a date or something for the new album? Even vaugely.
You know like : Liam (2010): Yeah i ll finish the album by the end of the year. Liam (2011): It is definately coming out this summer. Liam (2012): Oh yeah it is ready...just adding some finishing touches . |
