I was hoping for news in November, so I guess this pushes my hopes back a month. Fingers crossed we'll know the details before Xmas...

I'd rather Liam released the 12 track album and then if he's got other tracks he thinks are worth releasing he puts them out via b-sides, EPs, Mini albums, etc. In this day and age he could just release 'bonus' tracks via iTunes or the like.
