this won't be the last prodigy album. i really think liam's best work is yet to come when they have effectively retired from performing live.

I believe that the band will have one more album in 5 years max with a smaller number of live shows for practical reasons. I really believe that Keith and Maxim will talk to Liam about it...like : ''bro we are getting too old for this...lets make one last to leave with a bang''
Then later in 10-12 years from now Liam might get bored and write one more but i dont know if it will be a personal album or a Prodigy album.

You are right , in each case these are exciting times

I do think this is the last album. The last 3 years have shown that as a live show they will phone the same performance in time and time again. This new material will be a last hurrah to go out on. I don't think they should do another one after this. I will however look forward to Liam Howlett material after the natural conclusion of the band. Enjoy this period now, I don't think there'll be another build up like this. I could be wrong tho 😉

I prefer to believe Maxim when he says:
I think I will be performing forever. Retire, to do what? Gardening? Potting plants? Flower arranging? Go and work in the library? No I just write music and that is what I like to do.

So looking forward to this album. Liam did say the name drop would be this week its now Saturday I seriously doubt they will drop the bomb over this weekend but who knows. ....... I am following the lads since 91 obviously back then we didn't have forums n socials media etc but in all the time we have had it I have not got the feeling of genuine excitement on liams behalf until now....

Well if we are getting a single very soon, maybe they're saving it for that announcement. I say give Liam until November 1st to get some sorta official word. If not, then I seriously doubt it.

The Smashing Pumpkins just released their first single for their new album and that comes out in early to mid-December.

So a late November Prodigy single would work for an album in January with the whole 3 month lead up.

I'm curious if "Ibiza" was a part of the batch of tracks when Liam said there would be 12 songs on the album or if it's a completely new track to be added to the 12 already made.

If it was a new additional track... that would make me more excited for the album. Because it means Liam found his inspiration and can't stop writing. It would show that he's even more enthused for it than he's already been showing. Guess we'll see.

Wonder if "Destroy The Melody" will be still be on it as well and if it's still a Wiley collab or reworked into something. I think that track has huge potential with a proper mix and master. Love it cuz it has Experience-style beats.

Well. In my opinion, it was awful but with good parts, might be that I simply didn't like Wiley's part. I can certainly see it work when mastered and with Maxim's and Keef's vocals. And maybe some changes, dunno.

Saw a video/interview which the band recorded to promote FOTL...guys honestly avoid listening anything of that era!

With some work and a proper mix and master... think it'll be a banger.

A lot of people hate Get Up Get Off when that was one of my favorite tracks off AONO.

This "Ibiza" track and possibly "Destroy The Melody" himts at maybe Liam will bring back his hip hop side on this album. Something that was sadly missing on IMD.

Maybe I can be wrong, but I think that Destroy the melody will have another name and another structure. I remember that instragram post tease that they posted one year ago or so.

Yeah I'm thinking Liam reworked it a lot from a Wiley vocal-based track to something else completely. Maybe an instrumental track.
