Yeah, it's Richie Rich, but what's he saying in the dialogue bubble--could that be the name of the album and we just can't see it?

http://wundergroundmusic.com/the-prodig ... new-album/
Quote: The Prodigy’s Keith Flint has today revealed that the electronica band have used a sample of UKIP leader Nigel Farage on their forthcoming sixth studio album.
The sample is taken from a speech given by Farage at a UKIP rally in Brighton early this year where the party leader can be heard saying, “I think, frankly, when it comes to chaos you ain’t seen nothing yet.”
“There are a number of reasons why we decided to sample Farage on the album,” claimed Flint earlier. “Firstly because it’s a fucking cracking quote. We’ve been pretending to be anarchists and anti-establishment for years now and if me or Liam or Maxim or any of the lads had said that it would have brought about a serious round of high fives, chest bumps and back slaps.”
“Secondly we wanted this album to sound violent and aggressive,” continued the firestarter, twisted firestarter. “And as far as we’re concerned there’s nothing more violent and aggressive than the poisonous ramblings of a twisted, bitter, far right, malevolent dick-drip like Farage. We’re not really into his message but his tone is a perfect fit for the album.”
“We really wanted to create a classically old school yet modern sound on the new album,” explained Flint. “And there’s nothing more modernly old school than UKIP policies. They’re taken straight out of 1930s Germany and they’re a real part of modern Britain. It’s almost like Nigel Farage and the United Kingdom Independence Party are the perfect fascist encompassment of The Prodigy’s music.”
“And there’s also the fact that UKIP supporters are idiots who’ll buy anything with Farage’s name on it so it should bring in a handy few bob too.”
Rumours of a Boris Johnson sample have been rubbished after Flint confirmed that there are no stupid, posh, twatty sounding tracks on the new album.
