I am curious though, some people (not saying that's you) on here seem to think that the last good material that Liam made was MFTJG of TFOTL, but how can you still come onto a The Prodigy fan site if they haven't made anything good in close to 20 years...? I don't get this.

The day that The Prodigy will make something that I don't like, I may say something like "Well that's it for me, it's been fun but I'm done" and simply move on. Then again, I would probably just say nothing and just not come back.

Months ago i wrote that i wish Liam could write albums as good or close as MFTJG and FOTL.Another era but still incredible albums. IMD and AONO are mediocre compared to those albums but still the band is by far the best out there 4 me. Simple :)

Ok, that does make sense. I also kind of agree with you, although I do like IMD quite a bit, but not as much as the MFTJG and TFOTL. I think that IMD is "The Prodigy By Numbers", but it's not a bad thing in my book.
If TDIME turns out to be the same, it'll fill my "Prodigy shaped hole". If it's better than that, then errr... yay.

I really like IMD. But nasty just sounds more the same, not much new and the song itself is a bit weak. I kinda like it, but i just blasted serial thrilla live and even the weak track from fotl is much better xD

We'll never get anything groundbreaking again, simply because everything has been done now. Styles and genres have all been mixed and merged, plus today everyone can't concerntrate on anything for long.

I also think Liam struggled writing this album. I feel he felt rushed after the whole jetfighter era didn't work out as planned and time was ticking on.

Having said all that, I love nasty. I was jumping around the room listening to it on zane. It's edgy, it has that unexpected 'the clash' sounding riff, the eagle break and even flints vocals seem to fit.

I think a lot of you have forgotten the Instagram snippets that have been posted. Invisible sun sounds epic from that short snippet.

Can't wait for the album. No matter what you think, at least we're getting 15 new songs. Back in 2002 I didn't think we'd ever get any again.

I think he's struggled to write anything remotely good since AONO, Girls and Spitfire are probably the last two very good Prodigy tracks written, i thought IMD had some moments but it was mostly very poor... i think fans just have to take the expectation levels down, they were the best band in the world in 1997, but like most bands, they dropped off massively the creativeness (for the most part) disappeared, and they've failed to create anything decent for a good few years, its not surprising, it's what happens!

If you place someone on a pedal stool they will always fall off!

Almost 6 years since Invaders Must Die so the anticipation has been really high and blown out of all proportion. I'm not sure what everyone thought was coming!

For me its a typical Prodigy tune. Its heavy, it bangs and it kicks nothing more nothing less. No its not groundbreaking, no its not innovative, its what it is, a heavy Prodigy tune that is going to smash your speakers in and smash your eardrums in when you watch them play live and that works for me ta muchly.

My lyrics are more raw and direct...have you felt the pain of a fat man that has to walk to take his order instead of delivery?
