Since we have a poll about the best album closer, it only seems logical to have one about the best album opener. I think the competition in this category is much tougher mainly because there are so many great tunes among these (especially one, which I reckon would get the majority of votes, but anyway...).
My personal order of preference is the following:
Smack My Bitch Up Spitfire Break & Enter The Day Is My Enemy Jericho Invaders Must Die

SMBU. Iconic track.
The best song they have ever produced.

Smack might be their best track, but B&E is truly the best as an opener.
That being said, TDIME is awesome too.

Gotta go with Smack My Bitch Up It was a tough choice going up against Break & Enter

The best opener would be Break & Enter, followed by The Day Is My Enemy. Break & Enter has an actual intro and builds up great from there on. The Day Is My Enemy comes in second with its army march drums, which makes for a good opener of the album. If I would have to make a choice for third place, it would be Invaders Must Die.
All the other tracks are great, but as a track and not specifically as an album opener. Smack My Bitch Up for example could have been the fifth track on The Fat Of The Land for example, it did not need to be the opener of the album, which therefore does not make it to my top three of album openers. Same goes for the other two tracks; Jericho and Spitfire.

This one was too easy, even though suggested by me. :D Anyway:
1) Smack My Bitch Up 2) Break And Enter 3) Spitfire 4) Jericho 5) Invaders Must Die 6) The Day Is My Enemy

That's easy. B&E. I like it much more than SMBU.

'Intro' is the opening track on MFTJG. I've always liked the 'Intro' track.
