I totally feel the same. After 2 listens Destroy seems to me a bit empty and a filler track. Not bad track at all but vocals are missing. Anyway the track's sounding reminds me of Jilted.

For me oldtimer Prodigy fan since '94 Destroy is one of the best tracks on the album. One reason for that is that there's not too much vocals, one of few stupid words are enough. And there's many kind of nice old school tricks. I hope it's the next single :)

DESTROY is the the only track you could say is instrumental (apart from BTDR) on the album.

And its one of the reasons why I love it the most. The less vocals (specialy singing) on a Prodigy record the better.
I love the album but the vocals are on every track so let Destroy be. Best track in years.

I actually want an instrumental version of the album.

I do admit the vocals on Rok-Weiler and Roadblox work great.

I just don't care for the "anthem like, lighter in the air, sing-along" vocals of some of the tracks.

Same here, I really like Destroy because it's straight up heavy beats and badass synths - don't feel any emptiness because of limited vocals. Plus, most other songs have plenty of vocals, so Destroy adds to the variety of the album.

DESTROY is in my top 3 tracks of that album so it's perfect to my ears, but if anything should be changed it's that the change up at the end should have been put in the middle and than a speed up as the climax.

But please no extra lyrics.. The album has enough of that.

All in all i rate the album equally to imd, which I like.

Being compared 'equally' to IMD is no compliment to TDIME.

Rating IMD equally to TDIME. Thats kinda cute :-D

Sorry IMD is good, but Omen should have been replaced by Gundown or something, that track itself ruins the taste. Even Nasty is more tolerable.

It completely outguns IMD on every level. There isn't one song on IMD that I have the slightest inclination to listen to again - Howlett mutilated the best song on the album in WOF. The distorted bass on that track (to the point where the drums - high end and low end - are almost completely lost in the bass distortion) was something I am thankful was never repeated anywhere on TDIME. Still not quite sure why WOF progressed through mastering phases in its final incarnation.

TDIME, for me, is actually VERY special. It nudges its way into the top three Prodigy albums - just below MFTJG and just above TFOTL. Best album in a long, long time. Very, very satisfying. So consistent: I had to force myself to like IMD when it was first released. Not here. Just a lot of natural, unfeigned love for this album.

:bringit:

Well, you can always listen to IMD if that is what floats your boat.

I have no hesitation putting it above TFOTL. None at all. 10 tracks (one of them Fuel My Fire and the contrived Serial Thrilla). A great 'live' album. But not as consistent or satisfying as TDIME.

Official Wild Frontier in Future Music Festival posted. And I have to say, I was sort of sceptical about how this particular tune would translate to the live shows. It serves up pretty well is the short answer to that. The energy generated by The Prodge on this track is actually a joy to behold - especially the 'danger' sections with the live guitars added (and Liam giving it loads behind the keyboard just as the 'danger' section is about to explode!). The guitar adds an edgier, harder feel to this track.
